web services - How can I set up a from home hosted website without buying a static IP? -

so know somesites allow host web content you, can start charge arm , leg based on how want update it, how have, , other things. pretty want host personal site , me. access things need rpg characters , references, cosplay stuff, gaming stuff, , ilk.

i'm going investing in small box more or less on , online, unless loose internet reason or have restart router etc, i'm running issue of need buy static ip around $60 month. that's $60 don't have or want spend on little pet project. , before suggest or ask, no don't want site blogger or w/e me.

my question is, , know i've been told before friend can't seem remember said, there way can done without using static ip address , hosting site home still?

oh should add i'd can host own restful webservice on small little 1 off personal apps i'd use myself too.

actually live in elastic cloud century, there no need buy static ip. can try these things follows.

  1. amazon web service. can 1 year free trial, ec2 wonderful host whatever want.

  2. openshift. can freely create 3 gears host application. environment easy configure. if want deploy symphony, laravel , other frameworks, openshift should best choice.

  3. free web service.

java - Oracle Sql developer error: could not install some modules -

i have downloaded fresh copy of sqldeveloper ( sqldeveloper-4.1.3.20.78-no-jre ) oracle website. when unzip , lauch gui, keep getting following error message: warning - not install modules: dynamic module config - no module providing capability org.netbeans.netbinox found. my system: windows 7 32 bit hp probook. jdk 1.6 , 1.7, 1.8 available in java/jdk subdirectory. netbeans 8.0.2 installed finally got way out after dirty hours. extracted sqldeveloper zip in nested directory. i.e: e://a/b/c/sqldeveloper. starting sqldeveloper gui above directory threw erros. solution: go in c:\users**username**\appdata\roaming : delete sql developer , sqldeveloper folders extract sql developer zip in new non nested directory. i.e: e:// start , should work now reference: https://community.oracle.com/thread/3870680?start=0&tstart=0
